The Dance Theater of Syracuse  (formally known as Parents Promoting Dance) is now registering students for the 2011-2012 calendar year.  Classes begin Monday, September 19th.

Brandon Ellis has been named the Artistic Director of The Dance Theater of Syracuse.  Brandon has been a principal dancer and choreographer. He has worked with a number of major dance companies including  the Alvin Ailey RepertoryEnsemble (AILEY II) and  Philadanco.  He has also danced with the Dayton Contemporary Dance Co,Complexions and Rituals. He has taught in the Alvin Ailey Arts in Education, Ballet Hispanico, DC Artworks and Long Island University. 

The DTS Ensemble will perform at the Westcott Cultural Fair, Sunday, September 18th at 3:30 pm.
